Cognitive Overload
I had one course that was too much material in it that I couldn't handle it anymore but good that I have overcome it the essential processing because the curse called "learning individual differences"; where it was more applied and making an understanding of the given material. I think if the instructor was able to give us more applied methods so we can understand t more.

The key for essential processing is that it involves "selecting", "organizing", and "integrating" information. This can be done best when information is offloaded between verbal and visual info. A little more detail would help give the reader a better sense of how much material was too much and what method do you think could have been used to improve the learning process for you. --Dr. Emet
